1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Buddo / NurtureTrack app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms with Wrexa Technologies LLC ("Wrexa", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Not medical advice
The App provides general educational information about pregnancy, childbirth, infant care, nutrition, vaccination schedules and child development. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed pediatrician, obstetrician or other qualified provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
3. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence (Assistant, Daily Companion, Weekly Recap, Development Insights, Child Journey, Image Studio, Astrology). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. Use your own judgment and consult a professional before acting on it. You can flag any AI response with the in-app "Report" control.
4. Astrology & cultural content
Astrology readings are provided as cultural and entertainment reference only — not predictions, financial, medical or psychological advice.
5. Third-party services
The App integrates with Google (Gemini), Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenStreetMap, Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store. Their respective terms apply when you use those features.
6. Premium purchase
Buddo Premium is a one-time purchase — not a subscription, processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). It unlocks Premium features permanently and can be restored on a new device. Refunds follow the platform store's policies. Pricing may vary by country.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the App; (b) use it to harm anyone; (c) submit prompts intended to generate illegal or harmful content; (d) impersonate others; or (e) violate any applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its name, logo, design and content are owned by Wrexa Technologies LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App. Content you create in the App — your logs, photos, notes and recordings — remains yours.
9. Warranties & liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrexa Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including medical decisions made on the basis of App content.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
